Passion
My passion for yoga led me to became a Yoga Instructor. I teach students the principles and practical implications of yoga, an ancient form of exercise with a specific phylosophy which aims to help people improve their mental and physical wellbeing. Yoga positions, breathing techniques, meditation and chanting are some of the aspects focused in my classes.
Experience
I soon became aware of the positive effect that practicing yoga had on my life and wellbeing.
I was encouraged to follow the two-year teacher training course with The Traditional Yoga Association. In 2006 I qualified as a yoga teacher, which lead me to want to share my passion and knowledge with others.
I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years. Currently I teach a variety of group classes, one-to-one yoga sessions, yoga retreats and participated in Yoga festivals.
I am a volunteer teacher at The Reading Hindu Temple giving the local people in the community the opportunity to practice yoga helping people improve their mental and physical wellbeing.
